Functional Movement

"Move it, or lose it."

Functional movements help you to move with ease and confidence when performing day-to-day tasks, like getting down and up from the floor, balancing, lifting, and carrying. When you practice functional movements on a regular basis, you'll gain strength and resiliency in your body, and confidence in the way you move.

This class series will help:

  • improve balance, mobility + posture

  • build strength + resiliency

  • release muscular tension/stress

  • improve blood circulation

  • improve body awareness

Simple & Deep - Spine

This class will resume in September 2024

Explore therapeutic principles of alignment and restore health, vitality, and energy to the body/mind.

By gently moving the spine, stabilizing your core, and exploring the body’s full range of motion, you will feel more youthful and confident in the way you move on day-to-day basis.

*Good for beginners, those with special considerations, and anyone looking to feel more grounded and relaxed.

When you purchase the VIDEO CLASSES you will receive 1 class video/week and will have unlimited access to those videos for the duration of the session.

This way, you will have a growing library of classes to choose from for the 10-week session.
