Known for her colourful visuals, clear language and alignment cues, she invites students on a journey to tap into their inner wellspring of vitality. Her teachings are rooted in yoga philosophy, human anatomy and Nature.

This is good for students who:
are unable to attend weekly scheduled classes.
would like to practice at their own leisure.
would like to do the same practice a few times per week.
Each zoom video is available for 1-week (after recording), and is available to watch whenever you like, as often as you like.

A class designed to help students move into more advanced postures (back bends, inversions & balancing) through clear alignment principles that will promote focus, increased strength & resiliency in the body, mind & heart. NOT suitable for beginners, or those with special considerations.
Awakening & Empowering
A hatha yoga class of standing, seated & laying postures to awaken & empower the body, mind & heart. Suitable for beginners.
Simple & Deep: Spine
This class will help restore health, vitality and energy to the body/mind by gently awakening the spine (the central column of energy) which will enable us to expand vertically, as well as horizontally, like the branches of a tree. It is through this elongation and expansion that we will recover the youthful elasticity and suppleness that the spine provides. Good for beginners, those with special considerations and anyone looking to feel more grounded & relaxed.
A fun and invigorating class of traditional postures that will help students open & expand their inner-energy bodies. A great way to start the weekend. NOT suitable for beginners
Shake, Move & Roll
Feel greater freedom, strength and ease in your body. You'll need a foam roller + resistance bands.
Shake - release excess energy - or - stimulate sluggish energy.
Move - to liberate the spine, the central column of energy (muscle strengthening/lengthening + joint support/mobility)
Roll - self-massage...oh, yeah!
Suitable for most bodies.
