Functional movements help you to move with ease and confidence when performing day-to-day tasks, like getting down and up from the floor, balancing, lifting, and carrying.

"Move it, or lose it."

When you practice functional movements on a regular basis, you'll gain strength and resiliency in your body, and confidence in the way you move.

This class series will help:​

  • improve balance, mobility + posture

  • build strength + resiliency

  • release muscular tension/stress

  • improve blood circulation

  • improve body awareness


*Suitable for most.


This session runs for 10-weeks, from Wednesday, November 15 - January 14, 2024
